Student Absence:

Stantonbury Student Caiden Dyer Shines on International Basketball Stage

We are incredibly proud to share some phenomenal news from the court. Stantonbury School’s very own Caiden recently represented the U17 England Basketball Squad in Scotland during the prestigious Home Nations Tournament.

What makes this achievement even more remarkable? Caiden is only 15 years old and was one of the youngest players in the entire tournament. Competing against older, more experienced players didn't faze him one bit. He managed to sink some fantastic buckets, put in a stellar performance, and truly make his mark on the international stage.

What's Next for Caiden?

Caiden’s basketball journey is just heating up, and he has a massive summer of elite competition ahead of him:

  • The Home Nations Tournament: Travelling to Ireland to compete with the U15 England squad.
  • The Junior NBA Tournament: Heading to Italy on 10th July to compete against top-tier global talent.
  • GB Under 16s: Awaiting trial updates for the Great Britain squad.

Support a Rising Star: Sponsorship Opportunities

As you can imagine, competing at this elite level comes with significant travel, kit, and training costs. We are currently looking for local Milton Keynes businesses, community members, or individual sponsors who would like to support Caiden as he represents both Stantonbury School and his country.

How to help: If you or your business would be interested in sponsoring Caiden to help cover his upcoming travel and tournament expenses, please reach out directly to the school's main office.

Let’s rally together as a community behind Caiden and help him bring home the wins this summer. Huge congratulations, Caiden—the whole of Stantonbury School is cheering you on!
